He will be watched by maybe his fitness instructor, maybe his psychologist, but absolutely he will be watched by his coach! It is the coach that is the teacher, not the player.

  In fact most champion pros, and Woods is no exception, will have changed their swing and other major points of their game at some point in their career. When they did, you can bet they did not do it all by themselves. They did it under instruction from their coach.

  The second reason why professional players might not be the best guide to follow, is that their swings are tailored to their style of game and their own body shape and muscular structure. There is a huge variety of different styles when it comes to the swing. The intended end result is exactly the same for all of them, but each player goes about it in the way that best suits them.

  This is an important point, because your most effective golf swing will be the one that makes the most efficient use of the body you have. Although it may be useful to watch instructional DVDs giving various different approaches, in the end you will not receive your most effective golf swing instructions from copying another person, as their swing has been honed for their own individual body.

  Silence

  Have you ever really enjoyed silence? I mean really enjoying being alone, with nothing to do but the simple act of just being. Well I’m satisfied to think as myself as a happy silence lover, but it wasn’t until this Monday at my Akumal villa that I realized how much I enjoyed having nothing to listen at but silence, for a moment there I couldn’t even heard the sea, I completely blocked them from my senses.

  Lying on a sandy beach at a fall sunny day, with a delicious windy mist, a strange inclined sunlight which more often than not makes you squint, and a blank head. How could anything be more enjoyable than a blank mind in paradise? How would anyone enjoy paradise with unsolved issues on their mind. How would anyone rest while dreaming? Ever since I’ve moved to this Akumal villa I’ve been having so much recall dreams, every one of them I remember and as much as I tried I cannot decipher them. Their location is often a different one and many of the characters are people I know. How then is it that I can put my mind on blank?

  The thing that concerns me today is not the stuff I haven’t solve in my mind, I mean I’m an adolescent who has many things to make up before turning 35, what I want to know is how do I program myself not to think, to completely block my head. It only happens when I’m at this Akumal villa, more specifically on Akumal’s bay beach and only when I’m alone lying on the sandy beach.

  Three Northampton Taxi Trips To Meet My Sister

  I had arranged a day out with my sister who I had not seen for over six months, she lives in Northampton which is where I used to live until I moved away some 20 years ago.

  Northampton was once had the biggest boot and shoe industry in the country, supplying a high percentage of the UK with its foot wear needs. This is where Northampton Town Football Club also earned its nickname ‘The Cobblers’ from.

  I arrived by train from Birmingham, the journey was quick and easy and on arrival at Northampton Station , I jumped in a Northampton Taxi which took me to Delapre Abbey and Gardens. I arranged with the driver to pick me up later and then I met up with my sister and went straight to the tea rooms for coffee.

  Delapre Abbey (about two miles from the railway station) was built in 1165 by the son of 2nd Earl of Northampton and was named The Abbey of St Mary De La Pre, meaning St Mary in the Meadow. We spent some time in the abbey, and then wandered through the lovely old walled garden wondering how many generations of gardeners had worked here.

  Beyond the walled garden is another beautiful garden where there are several named gravestones of pets belonging to the abbey many years ago. We then went back to the tearooms and had a lovely lunch and a good old natter, catching up since our last meeting.

  We then walked up Delapre Hill to visit Queen Eleanor’s Cross which was built in 1291. The hill is really only a slight incline and was a pleasant walk on a path lined either side with horse chestnut trees. After her death, Queen Eleanor had spent a night in Delapre on her way to Westminster Abbey.

  As arranged earlier, the Northampton Taxi driver picked us up and took us to the town centre where there is a very large market, I think it is the largest remaining permanent market in the country. We had deliberately picked on market day and had a good look around there before stopping off for a cup of tea and made a quick phone call to our Northampton Taxi Driver to take me back to the railway station. The day went so quickly and I promised myself another visit very soon.
